Terms & Conditions
Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owner Program members will receive incentive Award Dollars for every dollar spent on vehicle purchases, parts and service at our dealership. Tom Clark Chevrolet is a full-service maintenance and repair center. As an authorized GM Dealer our customers are assured of the availability of Genuine GM Parts for all vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
Preferred Owner Program
Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owner Program is a loyalty program sponsored by parts and accessory purchases. Acquisitions include new and used vehicle purchases, service labor and parts/accessories from Tom Clark Chevrolet dealership up to a maximum of $300.00 in any one transaction.
All earned Award Dollars can be used ONLY for retail purchases at Tom Clark Chevrolet,
Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owner Rules
1. Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owners Program starts April 26, 2010. Prior sales or services DO NOT APPLY.
2. Earned Award Dollars cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Any items purchased through the Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owners Program cannot be returned for cash. All returned items' value will be applied to the Preferred Card. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Award Dollars will expire in 24 months.
5. Award Dollars can not be used in conjunction with other Specials or Coupons.
6. Your Preferred Owners Card can be used for any vehicle in your household.
7. Award Dollars can only be earned on cash purchases. You can not accrue Award Dollars on Warranty, Insurance or Extended Warranty purchases.
Preferred Award Dollars
1. When you first enroll in the Program, the Preferred Owner will receive a Tom Clark Chevrolet Rewards Card. The card is to be used for eligible transactions.
2. Earned Award Dollars can be earned in the following manner:
A. Vehicle purchase earns $250 toward a future vehicle purchase. $250 can not be combined with GM preferred
pricing offers.
B. Each service event (parts and labor) earns 5% of total dollars spent (not including tax) towards a future service,
parts or accesory sale.
C. Each parts and/or accessory purchase earns 5% of total dollars spent (not including tax) towards a future service,
parts or accessory sale.
Program Participation
1. Available to all Tom Clark Chevrolet customers who are at least 18 years of age or older.
2. Tom Clark Chevrolet employees are not eligible to participate in the Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owners Program.
3. Fleet or Wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owners Program.
4. Participation in the Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owners Program constitutes each Preferred Owner's full and unconditional agreement of the Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owners Terms and Conditions.
5. The personal information that is collected from each customers in connection with the Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owners Program will be used in accordance with the GM Privacy Policy.
Tom Clark Program Terms and Conditions
1. Tom Clark Chevrolet may modify any of the terms and conditions governing the Program, including, but may not be limited to the methods through which incentive Award Dollars can be earned, how the Program can be used, the value of the earned Award Dollars, at any time, without notice, even though these changes may affect the Reward Owner's ability to use the points that have already been earned.
2. The Program has no pre-determined termination date and may continue until such time that Tom Clark Chevrolet may terminate the Program at any time, with no notice given.
3. Accrued Preferred Owner Award Dollars do not constitute property of a Reward Owner and have no value outside of the program. Program Owner Award Dollars are credits that Tom Clark Chevrolet may revoke at any time as set forth herein. Reward Cash Dollars may not be exchanged for cash, assigned, bartered or transferred except as matter or otherwise by operation of law.
4. Each Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owner Program Member is responsible for ensuring that the information in his/her account is accurate and kept current.
5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of

Abuse of the Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owners Program (including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of awards and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct, as determined by Tom Clark Chevrolet in its' sole judgment, any untoward or harassing behavior with reference to any Tom Clark Chevrolet employee or any refusal to honor Tom Clark Chevrolet employee's instructions) may result in cancellation of the member's account and future disqualification from the Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owners Program participation, forfeiture of all Award Dollars accrued. Tom Clark Chevrolet reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorney's fees and court costs.
7. Limitation of Liability governs that each Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owners Program member accepts all responsibility for and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Tom Clark Chevrolet, and each of their related companies (General Motors) and respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents and successors and assigns the Released Parties from and against any claims that may arise from actions taken by such Member or for any unauthorized access to Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owner's account from a third party. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall the Released Parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the program. By participating in the Program, a Tom Clark Chevrolet Preferred Owner Program Rewards Member waives any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based.
8. If any provision of these Tom Clark Chevrolet Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Tom Clark Chevrolet Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in force.
